What you need:
1 3/4 cups (400g)frozen pitted cherries
2tbsp honey
Lemon juice
4tbsp vanilla soy
Yogurt( eg Alpro)
4tbsp water
Mint leaves to serve

What you need to do:

✅Blitz frozen cherries in a blender with honey,1tbsp lemon juice, 4tbsp yogurt & 4tbsp water until smooth.

✅Spoon into a freezer proof container & freeze for an hour.

✅Scoop out the sorbet into serving glasses , top with mint & serve immediately.

To serve 8 scoops of sorbet (2per serving).

🥕CHICKEN ORANGE STIR FRY!!🥬

What you need:
1 orange juice only
1/3 cup (marmalade)
1/4 cup (60ml) soya sauce
1tsp Siracusa ( or as needed)
1tbsp buckwheat flour

For stir fry:
1tbsp coconut oil
1lb (450g) chicken breast chopped
1tbsp garlic minced
3 spring green onions chopped
1 cup (150g) snap or mangetout peas
1 red bell pepper chopped
3 cups (450g) cooked brown rice
1/2 cup carrot grated(25g)
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1tsp orange zest
__________________________________________
✅Mix all sauce ingredients together, add water if needed to thin dwn.

✅Cook rice

✅Heat coconut oil in large pan over high heat, add in chicken breasts (add other spices if you want)
Cook till chicken is cooked through
Set aside

✅Lower heat & add garlic & green onion , keep stirring to avoid burning.
Add mangetout peas and bell pepper- cook for 3-4mins

✅Add in cooked rice& mix well with veg
Add in cooked chicken, grated carrots & earlier made sauce, stir well!

✅Garnish with sesame seeds & more green onions.

Ladies this question gets asked a lot,both cardio and weight/strength training is great for the body but it really depends on individual goals.

Aerobic exercise burns both fat & muscle, whilst weight lifting burns almost exclusively fat.
Body weight often goes up with strength training but dress size goes down a size or two. Apart from quads if your getting in your leg days😁
.

Women have lower testosterone levels then men so it’s harder for us to get ‘too big’. For leaner definition weight training works well.
If you want to get the full benefits of each workout they should be separated ; e.g cardio Monday, weights another day.
I like to mix things up as I get bored easily.🙄
If your goal is to get strong & lean, don’t do so much cardio as it impacts your strength training. Recovery time is essential between workouts so ensure you get rest.
If you want more energetic/fun workouts cardio is your best bet. You can do it in groups and really help boost your confidence.
Either way enjoy taking care of yourself, but remember we all have different bodies and eat varied diets,so what works for one may not work for you!😊

Sometimes I just stand in awe, there’s just so many different types of beautiful women in all shapes,shades & sizes, who couldn’t appreciate.
But -for those ladies that may like to lose a few inches off your waist, there’s 4 things you’ll need in order to achieve this, apart from eating a balanced diet,read below:

1. Reduce your calorie intake

2.Lift heavy shit!(doesn’t have to be weights, ,lift your couch if you must! Just make sure it’s a bit challenging.

3. Do training that raises your heart rate-cardio!Walking,dancing,jogging -active stuff.

4. Do exercises that work your abs, FEEL IT!
