When customers make an order through Soulgetic Ltd, they are agreeing and offering to purchase products subject to the below terms and conditions;
- Orders are subject to the availability of stock
- All prices of products and delivery costs are confirmed and accepted through customer orders.
- The dispatch of products may vary due to availability and may be subject to possible delays due to the postal services issues, which unfortunately Soulgetic Ltd have no control over.
Payments & Security
All payments are made to Soulgetic Ltd and taken through PayPal.
This ensures that payments are secure, and allows customers to pay using
PayPal, debit card and credit card.
Soulgetic takes security very seriously and will not pass on your personal details to any outside parties. We do not store any customer card information on our site. However we do keep a record of customer name, address, contact details and orders for sales records.
PayPal collects customer card details using iframe on our website, transactions are processed through PayPal who then return data to merchant’s website to complete.
Discount codes/promos
All discounts/promos will be subtracted and price adjusted, customers must enter the discount/promo codes at check-out point. (Codes cannot be applied after)
Only one discount/promo code can be used per order/per customer
Discount codes/promos vary, so customers must read terms and conditions at the time and ensure they are valid.

Delivery
Currently we only deliver within the UK, this will change soon, please be patient with us.
All items are pre order only, meaning they are made to order, we aim to get your order delivered to you within 3 weeks (15 days max- excluding weekends and bank holidays). It is possible that customers may get orders earlier than this, a notification email will be sent as soon as products are shipped out- giving an estimation of delivery date.
All deliveries are signed for only via Royal Mail to ensure your item reaches you. Deliveries must be received in person at the stated delivery address and a signature must be provided. In the event that delivery is unsuccessful, a card will be left at the delivery address stating how to collect products. Time limits will be included for collection from The Royal Mail. It is customer’s responsibility to inform SGC of any special delivery requests.

Returns and Exchanges
In instances where customers are unhappy with any purchase made from Soulgetic Ltd, customers must inform and return any products brought within 14 days from the delivery date to the below address;

Clothing items must be returned unworn, unwashed, not damaged and in original packaging with labels attached if applicable. As all items are made to order, Soulgetic Ltd operate an exchange only policy. We do not offer refunds.
Any sales, free or discounted products are non-returnable/exchangeable, unless they are damaged or products are faulty. If products are damaged or faulty, customers should inform us in the first instance, no longer than 48hrs. Soulgetic Ltd will inspect products/product after they have been returned, if approved a notification will be made to exchange the product/products.
All headwear and accessories are non- refundable.
Soulgetic Ltd will not offer/accept any exchanges after 14 days of customer’s receiving their delivery.
Our returns/exchange policy also does not cover general wear and tear, customers not following care instructions for products, or damage through accidents and inappropriate use of products.
In the case that any product has a manufacturing/workmanship fault, customers are entitled to utilise the returns/exchange policy at any time and Soulgetic Ltd will cover the cost of return.
Please take note that no products are guaranteed to be in stock, if customers make an order and there is an issue with obtaining stock, customers will be notified and then taken through options to select a different product at the same price, subject to availability (if stock cannot be obtained at all then a full refund will be offered to the customer.
Exchanges
Any request for exchanges is totally dependant on stock availability, however we endeavour to do our very best to exchange products for customers as appropriate. Please allow a further 14 days from the date that we receive your returned product and inspected it, for you to receive your requested exchange. If there are any issues we will keep you updated throughout the whole process.
Please note if the Returns and Exchanges policy is not followed then customers will not be entitled to an exchange.
